  • Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.

    
    
    

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating masterplanning and urban and layout design expertise.

    
    
    

  • Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and relevant 3D / visualisation software.

    
    
    

  • Strong design thinking, spatial awareness and attention to detail.

  • Ability to take projects from concept through to detailed layout development.
