Job Description:

BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer

Alecto Recruitment is currently working with a UK leading and established UK wide building management systems (BMS) specialist.

Due to their continued growth with commercial and industrial clients, they are looking to hire an experienced BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer.

The position will work on a range of BMS Projects to include at times, major projects

Salary & Benefits:

• £55,000

The Role:

• Working as a mobile engineer and travelling to various sites within the London region
• Providing routine inspections of BMS equipment
• Respond to customer service call outs
• Carry out small repairs and remedial works
• Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building management systems.
• Being involved in BMS commissioning, software writing and graphics
• Delivery / project delivery of BMS projects on-sites

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced building management systems (BMS) engineer
• You will be familiar with BMS systems such as: Trend IQ Vision, Schneider, Tridium, Honeywell, Schneider etc
• Good experience of HVAC Plant
• Ideally have BMS Commissioning skills and experience
• Electrical skills would be an advantage but is not essential
• Good knowledge of communication protocols such as: Modbus, BACnet, KNX etc
• Professional and excellent customer service skills.
