Job Description:

We're looking for a serious new-business hunter who knows the workwear market, loves opening doors and has the commercial drive to turn opportunities into big business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised international power tools and professional equipment business, taking ownership of new customer acquisition within its growing Workwear & Safety Footwear category.

This isn't about inheriting an established customer portfolio or simply maintaining relationships. The existing accounts are already looked after. Your mission is to find new customers, build new partnerships and unlock untapped commercial opportunities.
If you know the workwear industry, understand what customers need and have a track record of winning business, this could be right up your street.

What's on offer?

What's the opportunity?
You'll be responsible for driving new business growth across the UK Workwear & Footwear market.
Working autonomously, you'll identify prospective national accounts, develop relationships with key decision-makers and convert opportunities into profitable long-term business.
Your responsibilities will include:

You'll have the freedom to manage your own territory, plan your customer visits and develop your strategy, with regular collaboration at the Marlow office.

Who are we looking for?
This is where sector experience really matters.
We're looking for someone with at least five years' experience specifically within the Workwear industry.

General PPE, industrial safety or health and safety sales experience alone won't be enough. You need to understand the workwear market, its products, customers, brands and routes to market.
Ideally, you'll have experience working for recognised workwear manufacturers, brands or distributors.

You'll also bring:

Construction, engineering, manufacturing and industrial customer experience would be particularly advantageous.

A full UK driving licence is essential, alongside a willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK.

Why make the move?
You'll be joining an internationally recognised business with an established reputation for quality, innovation and performance.

You'll have the backing of a powerful brand, a competitive package, a company car and the opportunity to make a real impact by developing a growing product category.

If you're a workwear specialist with a hunter mentality, we want to hear from you.
