Job Description:

Fleet Coordinator (12 Month Fixed-Term Contract)£30,000 - £35,000 + Hybrid Working
A well-established organisation based in RG7 is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with strong coordination skills to support the day-to-day management of a busy vehicle fleet.This role offers a hybrid working pattern, although candidates should be able to commute to the RG7 office location. Due to limited public transport links, a driving licence and access to a vehicle are likely to be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate fleet records, including MOTs, insurance, servicing, maintenance and compliance documentation.
• Monitor compliance schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, collections, transfers and disposals.
• Act as a key point of contact for drivers, suppliers and external service providers.
• Support vehicle maintenance, repairs, breakdown assistance and replacement vehicle arrangements.
• Produce fleet reports and management information.
• Assist with purchase orders, invoice processing and fleet expenditure tracking.
• Manage shared mailboxes and respond to enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide general administrative support and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

About You

• Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator or customer service role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Experience within fleet, transport, logistics or vehicle-related environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
