Who are we looking for?

You’ll probably have significant experience in sales leadership, business development or commercial roles and be comfortable working directly with business owners and senior leadership teams.

You may have been a Sales Director, Head of Sales, Commercial Director, Business Development Director or held another senior revenue leadership position.

More importantly, you’ll be someone who wants to build.

Someone comfortable winning business, developing relationships, being visible in their local market and taking responsibility for their own success.

You don’t need previous business ownership or franchise experience.

You do need the ambition to create something of your own.
