This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate SEN TA to gain practical classroom experience while making a meaningful difference to pupils with additional needs. As a Graduate SEN TA, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
• Assist teachers with inclusive classroom activities and targeted interventions.
• Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence and positive behaviours.
• Help create a calm, engaging and supportive learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and work collaboratively with school staff.

The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:

• A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
• A genuine interest in supporting children and young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
