The Role

As a Graduate SEN TA, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN.
• Supporting lessons, interventions and classroom activities.
• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive behaviours.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, teachers and support staff.
• Working alongside teachers and SEN professionals to provide effective support.

About You

The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:

• A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
