Job Description

Norse Contracts are looking for experienced Groundworkers and Gangs to for a site in shinfieldsr. We welcome applications from local operatives and those travelling from further afield.

Duties will include:

• Excavation and reduced dig works, including trenching for services
• Installation of drainage systems, including pipe laying and manhole construction
• Reading and working accurately from site drawings and setting-out information
• Operating hand tools and small plant (whackers, disc cutters, breakers) safely
• Working closely with the site team to maintain programme and quality standards
• Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health and safety regulations
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and hazard-free at all times

Requirements:

• CSCS card (essential)
• Previous groundworking experience on similar projects
• Own PPE
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
