Guest Services Coordinator

We're looking for a customer-focused Guest Services Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors, and clients.



The Role

As the first point of contact, you'll create a welcoming environment, support workplace services, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure the workplace runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.



Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist employees, visitors, and guests.
• Manage workplace enquiries and service requests.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality, and events.
• Support facilities operations and workplace standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and service partners.
• Assist with workplace systems, bookings, and reporting.

About You

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, workplace experience, or facilities management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
