Healthcare Assistants & Support Workers – Loddon School

Location: Loddon School
Positions: HCA / Support Worker
Shift Type: Day & Night Shifts Available

We are currently recruiting experienced HCAs and Support Workers to work at Loddon School, a specialist setting supporting children and young people with severe and complex learning difficulties.

The role involves supporting individuals with needs including autism, epilepsy, self-injurious behaviour, aggression and behaviours that may present challenges.

Requirements:

• Previous UK healthcare or care experience
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs is desirable
• Able to work day and/or night shifts
• Reliable and committed to providing high-quality care
• Relevant training and compliance documents
