Job Title:  Hospitality Assessor / EPA (Trainee or Qualified)

TO APPLY; Candidates must have worked within a Hotel as a Food and Beverage Team Leader, Deputy OR Manager (or similar such as Hotel Manager etc), along with having experience of working within the Hotel front office, reception, housekeeping – This is experience is essential

Location: Home/Field based - Candidates must be flexible with travel 

Salary: £28,200 - £31,300 (Inclusive of location uplift dependent on candidate postcode and dependent on skills/experience)

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold solid, occupational competency within Food and Beverage / Management (Front of House) within a Hotel setting.
• Must have hands-on experience within various departments within a Hotel setting, such as; Reception, Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Must be IT Literate – training will be provided on company systems.
• Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

• As an End Point Assessor, you will responsible for completing a range of EPA activities, both face to face and electronically, with Apprentices completing Hospitality Apprenticeship Standards. These EPA activities include: to carry out End Point Assessment, scheduling of EPA activities, marking, grading and regular planning meetings with candidates and employers.
• Complete all necessary administration, ensuring that all data is processed and supplied in a timely manner.
• Maintain a working knowledge of EPA, your vocational area, Apprenticeship Standards and evidence of CPD.
• Participate in standardisation and training activities.
• Provide assistance to Apprentices, Employers or Delivery Teams, assisting with queries in a timely manner.
