Job Description:

HR Administrator - Temporary
Location: High Wycombe
Pay Rate: £15-£17 per hour PAYE
Duration: Up to 2 months
 
We are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join a well-established production company based in High Wycombe on a temporary basis for up to two months.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in HR. Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and personnel files.
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and new starter documentation.
• Managing absence records, holidays and employee queries.
• Preparing HR letters, reports and other documentation.
• Supporting payroll administration and maintaining accurate records.
• Handling confidential employee information professionally.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous administration experience, ideally within HR.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Production or manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
