Job Description:

Working as part of a dedicated HR team, you will support managers and employees through a significant organisational project, handling a high volume of employee relations activity, documentation, data management and employee meetings. This is a contract assignment running through to the end of February 2027 and is best suited to someone who can hit the ground running from day one.

Our client is a globally recognised market leader with an established international presence and a reputation for operational excellence. They are currently undertaking a significant internal project and require additional HR support to help manage a busy and commercially important period.

Description

• Provide HR support across a large-scale project
• Manage and support a significant volume of Employee Relations activity, including complex cases
• Prepare employee letters, documentation and HR correspondence accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Support managers with preparation for employee 1:1 meetings and consultations
• Participate in employee meetings and provide front-line HR support where required
• Manage sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion
• Support project administration and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Work closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders to meet project deadlines
• Assist with reporting and data management using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Profile

A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:

• Previous experience operating at HR Advisor level
• Proven Employee Relations experience, including exposure to complex cases
• Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills and experience producing HR documentation
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Confidence communicating with employees, managers and senior stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive employee information
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Immediate availability or ability to start at short notice

Job Offer

• Competitive hourly salary equivalent of £38,000 - £40,000
