Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience Deputy Manager or Live In Care Manager to join an established domiciliary care provider in Twyford.
 
This is a growth focused position, taking ownership of the company’s private live in care service and developing it further across the local area. Ensuring new and existing live in care packages are successfully mobilised and delivered to a high standard.
 
What's on offer:

• £35,000-£40,000 per annum.

• Minimal on call - only 1 in 9 weekends.
• Additional £150 payment for each on-call weekend.

Live In Care Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth and development of the private live in care service.
• Generate and convert new private live in care enquiries.
• Develop referral relationships with hospitals, discharge teams, GP surgeries and healthcare professionals.
• Build the company’s presence within the local community and establish new referral pathways.
• Meet prospective clients and families, completing assessments and developing person-centred care packages.
• Oversee the mobilisation of new live in care packages.
• Ensure clients and live in carers are appropriately matched and supported.
• Recruit, support and develop live in carers as the service grows.
• Maintain strong standards across CQC compliance, care planning, governance and quality assurance.

 
Live In Care Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Live In Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager within domiciliary or live in care.
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of growing a private care service.
• Confident networking and developing new referral relationships.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and quality assurance.
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards.
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle.
