Marketing Manager

Hampshire | Up to £55,000 + Commission | Full-Time | Office-Based

Talent Guardian is recruiting on behalf of a growing and established business in Hampshire, looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join their team!

Whether you're already working as a Marketing Manager or have a couple of years' digital marketing experience and are ready for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing

• Managing and improving PPC campaigns, including Google Ads.
• Supporting SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic.
• Creating engaging digital marketing campaigns and content.
• Monitoring website performance and identifying opportunities to generate more leads.
• Working with external marketing agencies to improve campaign results.
• Managing social media activity and supporting content creation.
• Analysing marketing performance and reporting on results.
• Working closely with the sales team to support business growth.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years' experience in digital marketing.
• Strong PPC experience, particularly Google Ads.
• A good understanding of SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Someone creative, proactive and full of ideas!
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
• Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment.

You don't need to have held a Marketing Manager title before! We're equally interested in Digital Marketing Executives, PPC Specialists or Senior Marketing Executives who are ready to take that next step.
