We are looking for an experienced and reliable Mastic Man to join our team, working on projects across Reading and the surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality mastic and sealant works on a range of commercial and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of finish.

• Applying silicone, mastic and other sealants to a professional standard.
• Sealing around windows, doors, bathrooms, kitchens, floors and other areas as required.
• Working from drawings and site instructions where necessary.
• Ensuring all work is neat, clean and finished to a high standard.
• Preparing surfaces before application and ensuring correct adhesion.
• Working safely and keeping work areas clean and tidy.
• Liaising professionally with site managers and other trades.

• Previous experience as a Mastic Man / Sealant Applicator.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of construction sites and health & safety requirements.
• CSCS card preferred.
• Own tools and transport preferred.
• Right to work in the UK.
