Nursery Practitioner Opportunity! 

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Reading, Berkshire, RG31.

Salary: Starting at £13.50ph / £28,080pa (Depending on qualifications/experience) 

Days/Hours: 

• 40 hours over 4 or 5 days / Shifts patterns between 7.30am-6.30pm

• Permanent Contract / All Year Round

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development.

• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a positive learning environment.

• Maintain a clean and organized nursery space, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with team members to manage daily operations and support the overall goals of the nursery.

About You:

• Qualified Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare

• Previous Nursery or Childcare Experience 

• Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development.

• Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge 

• Able to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

• Right to work in the UK.
