Outbound Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Reading RG1

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (dependent on experience)

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Outbound Sales & Marketing Executive to support lead generation, sales engagement, and marketing initiatives. This hybrid role combines outbound prospecting, content creation, and partnership development to drive new business opportunities and support the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Lead Generation (Sales)

• Execute high-volume outbound email campaigns (approx. 80–100 targeted emails per day)
• Prospect and engage both existing and new customers (Predominantly existing)
• Identify and qualify opportunities, generating a minimum of 12 qualified leads per month
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement activity

2. Sales Enablement (Marketing Support)

• Write high-quality, engaging email content for both prospecting and existing accounts
• Create marketing assets including case studies, visuals, and supporting content
• Support the sales team with tailored messaging and campaign materials
• Continuously refine messaging based on performance and feedback

3. Marketing & Partnerships

• Set up, manage, and grow social media presence for 21st Century AV and Meetingstore
• Plan and execute content strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility
• Collaborate with vendor partners on joint campaigns and lead generation initiatives
• Represent the company at vendor events and industry activities

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong written communication and email copywriting skills
• Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, or email marketing
• Basic design/content creation skills (e.g. Canva or similar tools)
• Understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• Volume and quality of outbound email activity
• Number of qualified leads generated (target: 12+ per month)
• Growth and engagement across social media channels
• Contribution to pipeline and revenue generation

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working across both sales and marketing functions in a fast-paced environment. The role may evolve as the business grows.
