Location: Slough
Pay: Up to £24 per hour + Uncapped Bonus + Company Benefits
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, shift work between 5am and 7pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Paint Technician / Automotive Spray Painter to join our client's busy and modern accident repair centre in Slough.

The Role – Vehicle Paint Technician

Working within a busy accident repair centre, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle paint repairs across a wide range of vehicles.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing vehicles and panels for painting, including masking, sanding and priming.

• Carrying out high-quality vehicle spraying and refinishing work.

• Mixing and matching paint colours to achieve accurate finishes.

• Applying basecoats, clearcoats and other automotive paint products.

• Completing full resprays and localised paint repairs where required.

• Ensuring all paintwork meets manufacturer and company quality standards.

• Working efficiently to meet workshop deadlines and productivity targets.

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Requirements – Vehicle Paint Technician

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician, Vehicle Painter or Automotive Spray Painter.

• Experience working within an accident repair centre, bodyshop or automotive refinishing environment.

• Strong preparation and spraying skills.

• Experience with paint mixing, colour matching and automotive refinishing systems.

• Knowledge of primers, basecoats, clearcoats and modern paint application techniques.

• The ability to produce high-quality finishes while working to deadlines.

• A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Candidates with experience as an Automotive Painter, Car Sprayer, Bodyshop Painter, Paint Sprayer or Vehicle Refinisher are encouraged to apply.
