💰 £37–£42 per hour
📍 Wokingham
🏡 Flexible hybrid working
⏰ Condensed hours available – work across 4 days
👥 Caseloads of just 16–20 families

We are currently looking for 6 experienced Qualified Social Workers to join Wokingham’s Family Help Service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Social Workers looking for a role that offers flexibility, manageable caseloads and the opportunity to build consistent relationships with families.

⭐ What’s on offer?

✅ £37–£42 per hour
✅ Caseloads of approximately 16–20
✅ 3+ years' social work experience required – this does not need to be 3 years of permanent experience
✅ Flexible hybrid working
✅ Only 2–3 days per month in the office for duty, outside of your rota week
✅ 5-week rota, including one Intake Week where you will be office-based
✅ Option to work condensed hours over 4 days
✅ Regular 1-to-1 supervision
✅ Group supervision and peer support
✅ Work with families from start to finish, providing continuity and consistency throughout their journey
