Recruitment Consultant – UK Power (Critical Power & Energy Storage)

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm
Package: Competitive base plus top-of-industry commission

At Hernshead Recruitment, we specialise in Advanced Engineering, Automation & Power. We’re looking for an ambitious person to join our UK Power team, recruiting across critical power and energy storage.

Why the Power Market:

Some recruitment markets come and go. Power isn’t one of them. Data centres, hospitals, infrastructure and the push towards net zero all depend on reliable power and storage, and demand is only going one way.

Our clients range from utility-scale battery storage and solar businesses to critical power and UPS specialists, and we work with everyone from field engineers to C-suite leaders.

Who We’re Looking For:

Ideally graduates or people early in their sales careers, whether that’s B2B, telesales, SaaS, recruitment, retail, estate agency or car sales. We’re also open to anyone who is driven and sets high standards.

You don’t need engineering or recruitment experience. You do need:

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Build client relationships across critical power and energy storage
• Develop pipelines for Project Managers, Site Managers, Field Service Engineers, Commissioning Engineers and Technicians
• Take candidates to market and manage the full interview process
• Support clients with onboarding and retention
