REF 119 – REGISTERED MANAGER – GOOD-RATED LEARNING DISABILITIES SERVICE – BRACKNELL AREA – £39,526 + BONUS + EXTENSIVE BENEFITS

Forest Care Selection are working with a leading care and support provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a well-established, Good-rated learning disabilities service in the Bracknell area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a respected residential care home supporting people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism, with the backing of a progressive provider that values quality, development and person-centred care.

As Registered Manager, you will:

• Take the lead in running an established residential care home for people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism.
• Inspire, support and develop an experienced team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders.

To be considered, you will need:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a Learning Disability service, residential care or supported living setting.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification.
• A strong track record of leading, motivating and developing staff teams.
