Rework Technician

Windsor, Berkshire
Full-time, Permanent

ReeVR Talent are looking for an experienced Rework Technician to join our clients well-established electronics manufacturing business. As the Rework Technician you will be responsible for the rework, repair, modification and assembly of electronic products and PCBs, working to engineering drawings and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out SMT and through-hole soldering and rework.
• Remove and replace electronic components when required.
• Complete product modifications, repairs and engineering changes.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Use soldering, rework, inspection and X-ray equipment.
• Identify and report faults or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records and follow quality and health & safety procedures.
• Support assembly, inspection and testing when required.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in SMT and through-hole soldering and rework.
• Ability to work with small components
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics and BOMs.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
• BGA rework, track repairs and IPC standards would be advantageous.

Shift details:

Full time is 37 hours per week

Mon to Thurs 07:30 to 16:00 and Fri 07:30 to 12:30
