Job Advertisement: Safety Centre Advisor - 12 month maternity cover.

Location: Binefield, Bracknell
Contract Type: 12 weeks temps to fixed term contract
Annual Salary: £28,035.80
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Safety Centre Advisor to support their commitment to workplace safety and exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract, where every day brings new challenges and rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a bustling, multi-functional environment.
• Conduct face fit testing as an accredited Face Fit Tester, ensuring best practise standards are upheld.
• Provide expert technical advice on safety products and assist customers in selecting the right equipment.
• Support the hire, servicing, and maintenance of safety equipment, ensuring all customer needs are met.
• Welcome visitors and delegates, conduct thorough site inductions, and enforce safety procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.
• Manage customer inquiries through to resolution, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in outbound calls to promote services and communicate offers.
• Uphold Health & Safety standards throughout the site to maintain a safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an operational or multi-functional setting.
• A strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of safety equipment or confined space products is advantageous but not essential.
• A full UK driving licence is beneficial.
