Sales Account Manager – Warm Leads

Twyford | Office-based
Up to £40,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £60,000 Year 1 | £72,000 Year 2 | £88,000+ Year 3

Are you a target-driven salesperson who knows how to convert opportunities and develop profitable client relationships?

We’re recruiting for a fast-growing business in Twyford looking for ambitious Sales Account Managers to join its successful sales team.

You’ll receive qualified, inbound enquiries and take ownership of converting them into sales and developing customers into valuable, long-term accounts.

No cold calling or chasing poor-quality data. This position is focused on sales conversion, account growth, margin and relationship management.

The role

As a Sales Account Manager, you will:

• Respond to qualified inbound sales enquiries
• Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Convert warm opportunities into profitable sales
• Manage and develop your own portfolio of client accounts
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and margin
• Prepare quotes, negotiate commercially and close business
• Manage your pipeline accurately through the CRM
• Achieve individual and team sales, revenue and margin targets
• Provide a professional, consultative customer experience

About you

To be considered, you should have:

• Previous experience in sales, business development, telesales or a commercially focused account management role
• Experience working towards sales targets, KPIs or commission
• Confidence converting enquiries and closing sales
• A track record of building and developing customer relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• The ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities
• A positive, ambitious and resilient approach
• The ability to work from the Twyford office

Experience could come from B2B sales, trade sales, recruitment, estate agency, insurance, automotive sales, telesales or another target-driven commercial environment.
