Chase Taylor Recruitment are proud to be representing a highly successful and established home improvement business as they look to recruit an experienced Sales Consultant to cover the Home Counties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience within the home improvement, glazing, windows and doors, roofing, conservatories, or construction sectors. If you're confident in customers' homes, thrive on closing deals, and enjoy the freedom of self-employed working, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role

Working with pre-qualified customer appointments, you will visit homeowners across the Home Counties, understand their requirements, provide expert product advice, and create tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend pre-booked appointments with residential customers.
• Conduct professional consultations and product demonstrations.
• Measure and assess customer requirements where necessary.
• Prepare and present accurate quotations.
• Build rapport and provide outstanding customer service.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Manage your own diary and workload effectively.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.

About You

• Previous experience in home improvement sales is essential.
• Experience selling windows, doors, conservatories, roofing products, glazing, or similar building products would be highly advantageous.
• Strong closing skills with a consultative approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, organised, and driven to succeed.
• Full UK driving licence.
