Job Description:

Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager
Location: Fawley, Hampshire
Contract: 14/09 – Christmas 2026
Rate: £300 per day
Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Project Value: £3m+

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager to oversee a £3m commercial construction project in Farnham, Hampshire, running through to Christmas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Site Manager or Construction Manager who is comfortable taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a high-value project and coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of the project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams.
• Manage programme, quality, health & safety and site logistics.
• Chair and attend site meetings where required.
• Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard.
• Maintain site records, RAMS and project documentation.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, Site Manager or Construction Manager.
• Strong background delivering commercial fit-out / refurbishment or similar projects.
• Demonstrable experience managing projects valued at £3m+.
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Able to start Monday 14 September 2026 and commit through to Christmas.

The ideal candidate:
A hands-on and commercially aware Site/Construction Manager with a strong track record of delivering £3m+ projects, who can take ownership of the site and drive the project through to successful completion.
