Are you an organised, hands-on coordinator who enjoys supporting a mix of internal and external departments?

We're recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join our client's internationally established business based in Bracknell. This is a varied role, combining customer service, service coordination, sales administration, purchasing and general office operations.

Job Title: Service Coordinator

Location: Bracknell

Salary: Circa £33,000

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and administering customer orders, quotations, order confirmations and invoicing
• Supporting customers with queries and providing a professional first point of contact
• Coordinating the technical service team, including arranging service visits and liaising with customers
• Supporting service contract administration and renewals
• Raising and managing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
• Monitoring supplier deliveries and resolving any issues or returns
• Checking supplier invoices and assisting with purchasing administration
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Preparing and packing parts and consumable orders
• Supporting stock management and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with customer visits, events and exhibitions
• Providing general administrative and operational support across the business

We're looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
• Experienced in administration, coordination or office management
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Familiar with Excel and/or ERP systems (advantageous)
