Specialist Division Recruitment Consultant

Remote Working

Applicants must live within approximately 60 minutes of Crowthorne/Bracknell due to weekly team meetings.

£35,000 – £40,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission | Permanent

We're open to recruiters across a range of sectors from a permanent market, including;

IT | HR | Marketing | Accountancy & Finance | Industrial | Engineering | Sales | Commercial | Procurement & Supply Chain

You bring your recruitment expertise and market knowledge. We'll provide the platform, support and infrastructure to help you build something of your own.

The Lauras (yes, we have the same name!) founded The Recruiters Room in 2016 as two experienced recruiters and working parents.

We're now looking for another experienced recruiter to join us and help grow the business.

The Opportunity

We're looking for someone who wants to develop their own specialist market or division while having the security and support of an established business behind them.

You might already have an established desk and client base, or you may have strong relationships and expertise within a particular sector that you're ready to develop.

We're particularly interested in recruiters who are entrepreneurial, commercially minded and want genuine ownership of what they build.

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience, within an agency environment
• Strong knowledge of your specialist market
• A track record of successful placements and revenue generation
• Confidence developing new client relationships
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build something
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
