Job: Teaching Assistant

Location: Basingstoke

Contract Type: Temp to Perm, Full time

Salary: £99.68 per day

Hours per week: 33.5 hours per week, 39-week per year

About the role

We are recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a well-established school in Basingstoke to provide support for children with special needs. This Teaching Assistant will help support engaging lessons including Numeracy, Literacy, life skill and Personal Development.

Daily duties for Teaching Assistant

• Support classroom teaching and learning
• Help students overcome barriers to success
• Build positive relationships with students and families
• Contribute to planning, assessment, and school improvement

Requirements for Teaching Assistant

• Previous experience working with children
• A valid DBS
• Motivated and hardworking
