Fancy running a warehouse that never misses a beat? We're after a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy fulfilment site in Basingstoke — keeping goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch running like clockwork, and orders going out right, every time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Run day-to-day operations: goods-in, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch
• Hit daily and weekly order targets and SLAs
• Lead, motivate and support your warehouse team
• Keep stock accurate and sort out any discrepancies
• Coordinate transport and couriers to hit dispatch deadlines
• Champion health & safety on the floor
• Keep things safe, tidy and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Warehouse supervisory experience
• Good grip on goods-in, pick/pack and dispatch
• FLT/MHE licence a bonus
• A natural leader — fair, calm and approachable
• Confident communicator
• Organised, proactive and hands-on

Salary & Benefits

• £30,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Full-time, permanent position
