Chef

Chef. A new restaurant opening in January in Bray is looking for chefs to join the team.
There is an opportunity for Head Chef and a Sous Chef.

The Head Chef / Sous Chef will need several years experience in a fine dining environment.

The Head Chef will earn £40k+ depending on experience
The Sous Chef will earn £35-40k.
There will be additional service charge pay of £5-6k per annum.

The Head Chef / Sous Chef role will be a 45 hour week, 5 days across 7 days, split shifts.
