Job Description:

Join our growing HR team and play a key role in supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape HR processes within the newly independent Oxoid Remel Microbiology business.

• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers.
• Manage HR administration, including onboarding, employee changes, absence management, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.

• Previous experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience handling confidential information.
• CIPD Level 3, HR systems experience, or a second European language would be advantageous.
