Inside Sales Specialist

Bracknell - Hybrid working, three days per week in the office

£40,000-£44,000 + quarterly bonuses + up to 10% annual company bonus

Are you looking for a sales role focused on warm opportunities and customer relationships, rather than pure hunting and cold calling?

We're working with an established software vendor that is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join its growing team.

This is an inbound-led role where you'll convert qualified leads into new customers, develop existing accounts and support renewals. It would be an excellent move for someone with experience in software sales, IT recruitment, account management, or a BDR/SDR position who wants to progress into a more consultative sales role.

What you'll be doing

• Managing warm, qualified opportunities passed across by the SDR and lead qualification team
• Running discovery calls and understanding customer requirements
• Presenting cloud software to prospective customers
• Converting marketing-qualified leads into new business
• Growing existing accounts through relevant upselling and cross-selling
• Working with partners and internal account teams to secure renewals
• Managing your sales pipeline and ensuring opportunities receive consistent follow-up

What we're looking for

• Experience within software sales, IT recruitment, account management, BDR, SDR, or a similar target-driven position
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and through video meetings
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A consultative approach to sales
• The ability to explain technology products and services clearly
• Someone organised, commercially minded and motivated by achieving targets

You don't need to be a pure new-business hunter. This position would suit someone who enjoys working with qualified opportunities, understanding customer needs and progressing conversations through to a sale.
