Sales Administrator
Salary: Circa £38,000
Bracknell- onsite parking
Hybrid Working (4 days in the office/ 1 day from home)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join an established business in Bracknell, providing support to the sales team and helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This is a varied role covering sales administration, order processing, purchasing and stock coordination. You will deal with customers and suppliers, manage orders from start to finish and make sure everything is kept accurate and up to date.

The role would suit someone who enjoys a busy working environment, is well organised and takes pride in providing good customer service.

Location: Bracknell
Salary: Circa £38,000, depending on experience, plus exciting sales incentives + some great benefits!
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 6.30pm
Working pattern: Office-based, with one day working from home once trained
Job type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations and issuing approved pricing to customers
  
• Processing customer orders, sending confirmations and keeping track of deliveries
  
• Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers to ensure stock and deliveries are on track
  
• Monitoring stock levels, managing backorders and coordinating deliveries
  
• Checking supplier invoices and keeping records accurate
  
• Arranging inbound and outbound pallet shipments
  
• Handling customer returns, queries and service requests
  
• Updating internal systems and CRM records
  
• Managing inboxes, distributing new sales leads and answering incoming calls
  
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales and purchasing teams
  

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in sales administration, order processing or sales support
  
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  
• Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
  
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  
• Experience using CRM systems or other business software
  
• Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively
  
• A practical, proactive approach and a strong focus on customer service
