Are you an organised and detail-oriented Administrator looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a Temporary Sales Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Basingstoke with an immediate start available.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing vital support to sales teams and ensuring customer documentation and administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Process sales administration requests from receipt through to completion.
• Prepare quotations for Sales colleagues and business partners.
• Create, review and check customer documentation for accuracy.
• Respond promptly to queries from internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and data across company systems.
• Provide administrative support to frontline Sales teams.
• Assist with system testing and business process improvements when required.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed service levels and deadlines.

• Previous administration experience, ideally within a sales support or customer-focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

• Immediate start.
• Competitive hourly rate of £13.50 - £14.00 per hour.
