About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a prestigious, global leader in healthcare and life sciences to secure a high-performing Talent Acquisition Partner based in Maidenhead.

The primary focus of this role is recruiting top-tier commercial talent-specifically across Sales, Marketing, and Market Access. We are ideally looking for a recruiter with deep expertise in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Regulated Healthcare sectors. However, if you come from a broader recruitment background, proven experience in high-volume or specialist Commercial Sales recruitment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Drive full lifecycle recruitment for commercial, sales, and business support roles across the UK region.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivering market insights and guiding commercial teams through the hiring process.
• Proactive Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and targeted mapping to build diverse pipelines of top sales and commercial talent.
• Process & Compliance: Maintain full compliance within a regulated corporate structure and manage accurate ATS workflows.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, professional hiring journey from initial outreach through to offer acceptance.

What We Are Looking For

• Core Experience Requirement: Strong background in Commercial Sales recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Industry Background (Preferred): Prior experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Regulated Healthcare is highly advantageous.
• Direct Sourcing: Advanced capability using LinkedIn Recruiter to engage passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Stakeholder Influence: Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence senior managers and navigate a matrix organization.
• Systems: Hands-on experience with enterprise ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo).
